- Get enough sleep.
- Eat a healthy breakfast.

- Develop good work habits, like writing down your assignments and turning in your homework on time.
- Take your time with school work. If you don't understand something, ask the teacher.
- Keep a sense of humor.
- Drink plenty of water during the day.
- Watch your posture.
- Analyze your backpack - is it too heavy?
- Set realistic goals for yourself.
